CleverXEL LLC respects privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly and transparently. This Privacy Notice explains how we may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit our website, communicate with us, request a consultation, become a client, participate in a business relationship, or otherwise interact with CleverXEL.

Our public website is hosted on Google Sites. Consultation requests and certain website-linked interactions may use Google-hosted services. This notice should be read together with our Cookie Notice and Client Confidentiality & Data Protection Statement.

At or before collection, we may collect the categories of personal information described below for the business purposes described in this notice. We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and we do not currently use the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices materially change, we will update this notice and provide any legally required choices.

• business and professional information, such as company information, role, business interests, project information, and engagement-related communications;

• website and device information that may be generated through Google Sites or enabled analytics, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and visit dates and times;

• usage and interaction information relating to website content, forms, and digital services;

• client and project information provided in connection with an engagement;

• transaction-related information where applicable; payment-card information may be processed by third-party payment providers rather than stored directly by CleverXEL; and

• other information you voluntarily provide.

3. How We Collect Information

• automatically through Google Sites, cookies, enabled analytics, or similar technologies;

5. Google Sites, Google Services, and Cookies

Our website is hosted on Google Sites. Google may process information necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the site. If Google Analytics is enabled in the site's settings, Google Analytics may collect website-usage information through cookies or similar technologies. Consultation or other forms linked from the website may also be hosted through Google services.

6. Analytics and Online Tracking

If website analytics are enabled, they may collect technical and usage information such as IP address, browser or device information, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source, and interaction information.

We do not currently use the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising. Traditional browser Do Not Track signals are not governed by a single universal standard. If CleverXEL becomes subject to a law requiring recognition of an applicable opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will implement the legally required response.

7. How We May Disclose Information

• website hosting, cloud, communications, analytics, cybersecurity, and technology providers;

• contractors, consultants, and other service providers;

• payment processors, where applicable;

• professional advisers such as attorneys, accountants, insurers, and auditors;

We may also disclose information at your direction, with your authorization, or where otherwise permitted by law.

8. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information

CleverXEL does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We do not currently use the public website for cross-context behavioral advertising. California law defines 'sale' and 'sharing' broadly, and legal obligations may depend on the technologies used and whether CleverXEL meets applicable statutory thresholds. If our practices create a legally required opt-out right, we will provide the required mechanism and honor applicable legally recognized opt-out signals.

9. Sensitive Personal Information

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information through the general public website unless reasonably necessary for a specific purpose. Please do not send Social Security numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, immigration records, or other highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or email unless specifically requested and an appropriate transmission method has been established.

10. California Privacy Rights

Depending on whether the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to CleverXEL and the particular processing activity, California residents may have rights to know or access personal information, request deletion, request correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising applicable rights.

These rights are not necessarily applicable to every business, every individual, or every category of information. We will honor privacy rights that apply to us under applicable law.

Privacy requests may be submitted by email or phone using the contact information below. Please identify the nature of your request. We may verify identity or authority before fulfilling a request when required or permitted by law. An authorized agent may submit certain requests on behalf of another person where applicable, subject to appropriate verification.

12. California 'Shine the Light'

California residents may have rights under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 concerning certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. Where applicable, requests may be submitted using the contact information below.

13. Data Security

We seek to maintain administrative, technical, organizational, and contractual safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No internet transmission, system, or storage environment can be guaranteed completely secure.

14. Data Retention

We retain personal information for periods reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and project records, meet contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect legitimate interests, and maintain security or operational records. Retention periods vary based on the information and the purpose for which it was collected.

15. Client Information

Personal information provided to CleverXEL as part of a client engagement may be subject to additional contractual requirements. Where we process information on behalf of a client, the client may determine certain purposes and means of processing, and individuals may need to contact that client regarding particular requests.

16. AI and Automated Technologies

CleverXEL may use or develop AI-enabled technologies in connection with certain business activities or solutions. When personal information is involved, we seek to apply privacy, confidentiality, security, purpose-limitation, and human-oversight considerations appropriate to the use. Our website may link to external websites, forms, applications, platforms, or services we do not control. Their privacy and security practices are governed by their own policies.

18. Children's Privacy

Our general website and business services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the public website. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 through the public website.

19. International Visitors and Planned Expansion

CleverXEL's current public website and operations are U.S.-based. The website may be accessed from outside the United States, and information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations used by our service providers. Website references to global or future international services do not mean that CleverXEL is currently established or operating in every referenced jurisdiction. If international operations become active, we may adopt jurisdiction-specific privacy notices or supplements as required.

We may update this Privacy Notice as our website, services, technologies, business practices, or legal obligations change. We will identify the current version by the Last Updated date and will provide additional notice when required by law.
